Every TapRank NFC plate comes with a lifetime warranty. If the chip ever fails or a manufacturing defect shows up, we replace it — no question, no charge, no expiration.

What's covered

  • Chip failure. If the NFC chip ever stops responding to taps, we send a replacement.
  • Manufacturing defects. Cracking, peeling, delamination, or finish failures from production — on us.
  • Replacement for life. One plate, one owner, one promise — as long as the plate is in service.

What's not covered

  • Lost cards. We can't replace plates that go missing after delivery.
  • Intentional damage. Drilling, cutting, or deliberate modification voids the warranty.
  • Normal wear. Surface scratches, scuffs, and patina from everyday use are part of the plate's life.

How to file a claim

  1. Email taprank@polsia.app with a brief description of the issue and a photo if you can.
  2. Include your order number so we can pull up your record on the first reply.
  3. Expect a response within 5 business days with next steps — typically a replacement plate shipped out the same week.
